Hey I Need Help With Dlc For My 360

Hey I Need Help with DLC for my 360 see I want to do mods over XBConnect with my retail not my jtag but I have a problem when I got the new kinect update and since you cant get the dlc maps to work they get courrpted or they just do not show so its wired I cant get the maps on my 360 so is there anyway I can put them on there so I could play the dlc and such and mod h2 again so I could mod on XBConnect and I would do this on my jtag but my Halo 2 is all fucked up and it wont copydvd today so can anyone help me get the dlc working again without a jtag because my halo 2 is fucked up like I said! But it will still read but it wont install for some reason so can you guys help me!!!

couldn't you try opening the DLC files and injecting into the maps folders with the corresponding mapinfo files. I do that with halo 3 dlc and it just becomes disc content.

Yea but for some reason my Halo 2 is fucked up it wont play on my JTAG and it wont install it only plays on my retails so how do I fix it because the maps dont show! On my retail but like I said I would put it on my JTAG but the disc is screwed up and the JTAG wont even play the game so how can I fix it on my retail!!!

I love how you complain about our lack of activity, but yet when someone actually does post something you derail the topic.

I know the rules state that we disallow "insulting language," but the way that I interpret them is that you just can't use "insulting language" pointed at another member. Please just help the OP.

they pretty much discontinued halo 2. Matchmaking and DLC are discontinued so if you wanted it you shouldve downloaded it about 2 years ago

Yea but theres still multiplayer disc or using xport or xploer but its is still courrpted when I replace the maps!

its corrupted cause the maps from using xport they dont have your xbox's signature and thus it is corrupted

i dont think you can because i dont think modio works with the old files it might you just need to open your profile ID in steam and a downloaded map pack online and copy you Xbox's ID from your profile ID and paste it into the downloaded map pack then rehash and resign then i think it might work

OK here is what I would do.

1. Put Halo 2 in the disc tray

2. Go into XeXMenu or FSD and rip the disc

3. Place all of the DLC into the maps folder

4.Have Fun!

(Note: You have to get the latest TU, so before you do any of this put the HDD you want Halo 2 on in a retail Xbox 360, Connect to Xbox LIVE, put Halo 2 in and download the TU.)

Oh and if you need to download the DLC (.Map) go here to do so.
