I'm calling maybe on this one. As much as I think Geohot should win, I do have some doubts about it. E.G. if the jury is a bunch of idiots who don't even know what SCEA is (a rather likely case), it's possible that they'll think George is guilty as soon as they hear the word "hacker". I can also imagine that Sony would have an extremely good lawyer.
