you mean shooting the spartan lasers beam from a battle rifle, easy. simply change the projectile and fireing affect to that of a spartan laser.

a br that shoots lasers in three shot bursts

then do what Dead said: open the battle rifle weap tag in alteration and change the projectile and the firing effect to the spartan laser ones.
