Staff Changes/ New Skin

In order to keep up with the times, we have a major staff change. DeadCanadian has now become a moderator, and Xerax, a good friend of mine and AMD, has taken his place on the administrative team. He has a great coding skill set and is great with MetroUI skinning. I am glad to have him aboard the team. He has also created us a Metro Theme for Xbox Chaos! You can access it by changing your theme at the bottom left to "Xbox Metro". Here are the features currently available.
