Why cant it be as easy as signing up for xbox live but no you have to either buy a 300 dollar console that you find out cant be jtaged and then you have to go and buy another 300 dollar console that could get rrod in 2 or 3 months of use whats the point so you can rank up easy then what would you do just anoy people please someone put the bright side of modding except its expencive and anoying when you have to fix it.

Microsoft doesn't like modders that's why. There is so much security on the Xbox 360 that special hardware modifications are requires just to partially null it out.

Modding lets you bend the game however you want and gives it a whole new life. I see it as a challenge and a way to just have fun. To be honest, I look down upon people who mod ranks and lobbies - they give us a bad name.
