Possible New Flame Thrower Leak For Halo: Cea Or 4

I was watching the new Red vs Blue episode 15 and it got to the part where that tanked up guy walks into the room with the flame thrower and it made me think that it could be a new look from the halo 3 one for halo: cea or halo 4. I've been watching RvB for years now and this is the first time they have used a gun with a new look. so unless they are just making their own things now or they are trying to tell us something.

the flame thrower wasn't in halo reach but it was introduced to halo when Halo:ce came out for pc. so i think that they could be bringing a updated looking one for halo: cea.

i doubt it but at the same time its a possibility, since bungie gave RedvsBlue access to the Halo files they are free to manipulate character as such the one shown in the photo to change things at will to make them look cool or "bad ass". Look at the visor.

yeah that did come to mind. but they only manipulate characters at the moment. that's why it came to my mind and if you look at the room they are searching at the beginning of the episode every gun in there haven't been edited at all.

That is because they dont need any special attention. The flame thrower in the game only shoots flames and nothing special. but since RvB is movie like they would want it to be more realistic with effects and such. like the ships cannon that halo never had but they added so for them to add the heat effect to the metal on the flame thrower would only make it that much more cooler to look at and see instead of the ingame not so cool fire with no effect. So the effect they added was manly to make it look cooler not to leak what "could be" in the remake

Edit: I am saying this from the point of view of those that are film makers and would like to have their movie and effects more eye catchy for the audience.
