these are some of the plugins that i upgraded. i will put the version # by each so you can check if i uploaded a newer version. if you have anything that you mapped out in the plugins message me to add.

all you have to do is overright your old plugin with the new one. unless you have done some editing to the plugin yourself. if so then go through whatever you added and add it to the other to merge them

Do u just add it to the plug-ins folder?

thats what the top of the post says. just overright the old plugin in the folder. if you had been changing them yourself then you should merge but i doubt thats the case
