What is this "Xenn Alliance BETA Participation Program"?

I'd like to know what I'm signing up for before I do the signing of the form. Or you might be getting a user by the name of Julian Fargarther. My alternate identity that I use for shit.

I recommend adding some more shtuff for the form. Like what games, what accomplishments in the fields of these games, etc. Just more stuff to find the player's true abilities.

I wasn't making it of distrust, I was hinting to add more to it, to see what it was. When I first saw it, all I saw was the title and how to join. Nothing on what it was or why.

Ok, This was not made clear by Xepler. We are trying to forge a kind of supper alliance with all of the Reach modding forums. This is not Halo 3, there is not a lot of people willing to mod Reach, so, we are trying to get everyone together into one place so we can pull our resources together and make new, crazy stuff.
