so im new and i have no idea how to make mods for halo reach or eny thing

First off, how will you be approaching this? Are you going to use a USB flash-drive, or do you have a modified Xbox 360 console?

currently there are only two types of usb mods. 1. reach campaign mods (download liberty from the reach programs section) 2. halo 3 usermap mods (watch this video Link)
