Buying A Laptop

Hey guys, I might be buying a laptop off of a guy from Craiglist today and I need to know if I'm getting a good deal. Here's a link to a ad on Newegg for the specs (the laptop has 4 gigs of RAM unlike the Newegg one). He willing to let me buy it for $220, is it worth it? I don't have a job so this is litrerally all I can afford. I need your idea within the next five hours.

please add more info on the other. just cause it has 4g RAM doesnt mean its a deal. find out whats wrong with it if its $220.

Most locals in craigs list will let you come over to check it out. Just ask if you can come over or meet some where, and if he declines than its probably crap.

Id say to low-ball his offer about $60 becuse its used, and hard drive is tiny; a pawn shop will pay like $45 for it... Also be sure to physicaly check the ram/hdd/graphics if you do. (dont you watch pawn stars :biggrin: )

Ohh and dont EVER try to buy a vehicle on craigs list. trust me
