Lets Get Halo 2 Beta Working On A Jtag!

So found Halo 2 beta archived on my computer.. and wondered why i've never played it on a 360. Found a public crack here to get it going on your orig xbox(I'm using this XBE on the 360):

Initially started with this here for backwards compat:

Boots all the way to the Beta screen and then Uploading 0% then goes to 360 dashboard.

Can provide direct link mirrors of my own incase anyone needs just let me know!

I'm gonna do some testing/experimenting of my own. Anybody willing to give a hand is welcome

I can't even get that far, on F3 I launch it and it just says "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again." - that happens for the Halo 2 and 1 beta , and other xbox original titles work too so I dunno what my problem is

You might want to look elsewhere on the net. Halo 2 beta works on my 360 (I'm not using this xex). Not much fun to play alone :/ Oh and the Halo 1 beta files for xbox are rare to find. The xex on the other hand not so much.

I'm running the Halo 2 Beta fine on my JTAG... I didn't think any build of pre-gold Halo CE was leaked?

yeah im running halo 2 beta just fine... install the hacked xbox original emulator to you HDDx and you should be A-OK to run it.
