How Do I Install Xbdm?

when you download any ascension that had either memedit or xbdm i have an installation text file included. its also in the last download for xbdm i gave on that topic.

i updated the ascension thread yesterday with a mediafire link, and in the actual xbdm post i made the last reply i did was a download for just the plain xbdm.xex and the tutorial as an attachment.
