Spring Cleaning Part 2

Hey guys,

I have more site spring cleaning to inform you all of. We have made some changes to the forums again, and these changes also come with stricter guidelines.

For starters, we have removed all the individual game discussion forums for halo. Please use the general Halo Discussion forum now. We have added preset tags in that forum so you can set what game you are trying about specifically as well.

The other major change is that the Modding Discussion forums are now renamed to Modding Disscusion/Support. This means that these are official support forums for their respective games. This also means that their will be stricter guidelines in the shoutbox. The staff (specifically AMD and I) are tired of seeing people use the shoutbox for mod support. This is NOT nor ever will be the shoutbox's purpose. As a result, please make a topic for help from now on. There is too much good discussion in the shoutbox to not make a topic. Violating these rules can also result in shoutbox or whole site suspensions now!

Just adding to this...while the stricter rules might be a bit inconvenient at first, you have to remember that this is a forum site. If you go around just asking questions in the shoutbox all day, then the forums and therefore this site don't get any activity. Also, posting in the forums allows Google and other search engines to index your question, giving us more traffic in case someone else wants an answer to the same problem. It's really for the best.

Moderators, please delete any modding-related shouts that you see and issue warnings as you feel appropriate.
