Request: I Need Help With Updating My Jtag

So I'd like to play games like Halo CEA, Trials Evolution, AMY, and all the new releases to be well released this year and I can't do that with my Dashboard 12+

I'd like to have mine updated to the newest Dash but I can't do it for the life of me, now I know there are alot of trolls out there, ones that are capable of SCRAPPING/BRICKING consoles and that's why I haven't asked on here before, or anywhere else, but I need someone who will actually help me/show me how to update my Dash, the reason I ask for help from pro's is cause when I first bought this JTAG Jasper, I couldn't get it to work, so the guy who sold it to us spent the time to help me get it working, at this point in time there was no Dashboard 14+ so that's why I need some assistance, and plus that guys never on MSN anymore.
