To make a warthog flyable:

Go to the Vehicle tag and go to banshee. Go down to the 'Banshee Motion properties" tags and copy the offset and chunck value.

Then go into the Warthog tags and paste the Banshees offset and chunk into the "banshee motion property" and poke and save changes.
