I don't have that mod but here is a campaign save I made with something similar, but this works on a normal xbox, no JTAG necessary. Instructions are included in the download:

Modded Halo 3 campaign saves made with a JTAG. Follow the included directions to use these mods, anyone with a transfer cable or an xbox usb flash drive can use these.

Save 1: rally point alpha. Includes modded wraith-hornets, lots of health.

Save 2: Citadel Approach. includes 40 of each grenade, lots of ammo, and lots of health. Modded vehicles include wraith-hog, fuel rod mongoose, wraith/tank-hornet, and the 8 barrel scorpion.
