I just found this on Wiki Answers and it made me laugh my little socks off.
I'm guessing it was posted by someone who had seen my video, "Halo Reach Hoverhog".

I saw the Take Ownership which is the same Icon as Run as Administrator, so that don't work, tried it. Re-started computer & ran tool. I own this computer & it knows it. lol. Its a she and it has pm's up the wazoo, so yea.... I guess there is something else wrong. I literally did cmd prompt line to take ownership of it, so yea, then ran tool, & it failed. ;("
