I always imagined spartans didn't need to ADS since the reticle for their weapon would move around on their HUD as they moved it physically - thus the sights would be completely digital and no one would really look back.

...the only problem with that is hip-firing every single weapon all the time is kind of dumb. Who knows, maybe they're designed to be fired from the hip.

Spartan HUD tech probably wraps the need for ADS. We are in the the 26th century after all.

I feel like weapons need to be designed to incorporate "ADS", and Halos weapons just wouldn't allow it to be effective, or even "good looking" to use.
