Compiler Option To Keep Comments?

Anybody know of any way to compile a program and keep comments intact?

 

Why, exactly? Comments are ignored by the compiler by definition and there's no way to keep them intact.

Why, exactly? Comments are ignored by the compiler by definition and there's no way to keep them intact.

There's an option for C/C++ that allows comments to be output to file, was wondering if it was possible in C#.
