Well... There are only two people on this site that have any idea how a forum site works.

Anyways... Thanks for the feedback. As for creating a site, I use Invision Power Board 3.0.5($149.99). You could also look into other forum software

1.PHPBB(FREE)

2.vBulletin($235)

3.myBB(FREE)

These will all require php support with safe mode disabled and a MySQL server.

For Hosting i use Host Gator shared plan which seems to work just fine(Quite a Good Host). Google can also help
