Support Halo 4 Gametype modding: How to Change Flag object in CTF to any other object?

Hi guys, recently i have been trying to work on something called Oddball CTF. The main point is that the flag is turned into a Oddball and same settings like capture the flag. I also want to swap the announcers voice Of 'Flag captured'

 

Using one of ones from the Halo4megalo.xml file given with Ksoft.tool

you could open up a halopromod.com CTF gametype and see what they did to change it to the bomb... i think being able to throw the ball in CTF would be a game changer.

You have to change the object type reference from flag to whatever object, then where the gametype creates and attaches the flag to the player you need to create the different object. You will then need to take away all the drop flag stuff which is very tedious, and replace it with custom stuff having to do with holding a ball or whatever. Look at Custom CTF for an example of this, but really if you want to make the flag into a ball just use Ricochet, seriously.
