Spawning AI through Effect Tag

After seeing Zedd's video on Youtube I obtained the .xex

 

How do I spawn the AI?

just go to any effect (such as a firing effect) and look through the events untill you see one that has "Parts". Then change the tag ref to a char you want to spawn. Also change the thing above the tag ref. Type "char" in it.

If you're still having trouble with this (even though jj explained it the best anyone could to fit any noobs experience)

in the last part of my tutorial I show how to spawn a flood infection form via firing effect, that can be used with any char now that Zedd released the xex.

Under parts you´ll see a tag that says [snd!] change that into char and choose whatever you want. After that name the snd! to char

He was probably looking at an effect with no parts. It does exist. Not all effects have sounds.

Yes i noticed that. But it is easier to go through a weapon effect
