I'm just wondering if there was a reason that this didn't happen? I know it says in the video about the giant tag but what does that actually mean?

Edit: Never saw the last bit of the vid, what if you made it a separate map and both consoles ran the map through a modded default xex?

That's how people are able to run such maps, like scarab assault and any other .map that has been modified.

I know, I do have a jtag, I meant would it still not work even if he made the maps seperate like the pelican on spire map, and both consoles run the modified map.

It's possible for LAN across two consoles running the same .map.

If you read the video it says that giant tags dont sync. Scarab is the only giant tag. We wouldnt even be able to connect to each other in the first place if we didnt have the same maps.
