Help! JTAG HOW TO DOWNLOAD?

You cant download a jtag but you can buy one.

I've looked into it before and didn't really understand the instructions

Any reliable/cheap (both if possible) places one could purchase a usable JTAG'd console?

Ebay seems to either have cheap JTAGable consoles or JTAG'd ones that cost hundreds of dollars, and some of us can't afford that. Also bids. I hate bids

on most of the sights i've been to for instructions, they've said that JTAGing can cost about 5$, or less if you already have parts, which leads me to assume some place must sell JTAG'd xbox 360 consoles cheaper than 300$

To both of you above this is a link that some people on this site have bought consoles from before.

and depending on what you want to get (at the moment) they are selling a modded phat console service for fairly cheap (means you need to have the console to begin with). but keep in mind that there is a higher risk that it could break and you would need to fix the console sometime down the line compared to a slim.

If you already have a console that is vulnerable to the exploit, then I suggest sending your console to WNY Consoles, really nice dude, and great at what he does.

if you were to put a dev kernal onto the jtag/rgh you would be able to. they have a setting on them that lets you choose your region and etc

I thought DashLaunch had a setting for it? Anyway's, i live in a PAL area, and without tweaking anything, i can boot up an NTSC .xex.

 

I'm guessing DashLaunch does it automatically, or xexmenu bypasses the restriction?

There is no need for a Dev kernel. Dashlaunch bypasses it, as Donald said.

If you are looking to buy one look about different forums, I got my Falcon Jtag from a guy on the team executer forums, £85 plus £15 postage he sent it on the Tuesday and I got it the day after.
