After my nand flash my xbox 360 rgh freeboot makes a lot less noise than it used to? Is this bad? Do i need to get the fan repaired?

If you don't use freestyles fan speed settings, then look online for fan speed patches. After running said xex for that fan speed, reboot your xbox to start that speed.

If you changed the fanspeed in the past, flashing a new nand will have default fan settings like rockoman said.
