Is it possible to mod things for/on an xbox 360, without it being Jtag'd?

A few people have told me to try Horizon, which I can't seem to figure out how to use (other than getting gamerpics en masse)

Does Horizon actually let you mod

and Are there any other things modding-related that unmodified consoled can do or use?

There are some mods that don't require a modified console. Like in halo, you can mod saved forge maps ( not like .map modding), game saves, and XP.

Horizon can be used to do some modifications.

Like I said, modded games saves can be loaded so long as they signed to your profile.

Yh.. procko, I don't think he is going to understand any of that.

@SWQ Minna:

Google "usermap modding", those are a type of mod we could do back in Halo 3 (and I think Reach?)  that did not require a JTAG / RGH. There are some other types of modding that do not require modded boxes. If I were you I would lookup a Modio or Horizon tutorial on Youtube, the best videos explain the programs well enough.

Also, I could SWEAR that there was a post on the forums somewhere with some more info you would find useful, it may have just been explaining the difference between .map modding (Requiring JTAG/RGH) and usermap modding or theatre modding (which does not require anything but some software and a USB stick). The post may not have been stickied and just sunk like a stone in these forums, but I would peruse around for a bit and see if you cant find any useful guides.
