Help! RGH boots to stock dash 16767 after update, no XeX Menu

So I probably shouldn't have tried to fix what wasn't broken, but I decided to update my dash to 16767 from 16747. I used the remote update method found HERE, but when it had succeeded it booted straight to the stock dash and there's no XeX Menu to be found. I didn't build this RGH, I traded for it, and it's got all sorts of stupid issues, but I can still get to XELL. What can I do? I'm not even sure where to start and Google searches bring up more questions than answers.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Simply download and transfer Xexmenu to your console with a flashdrive.

@Gamecheat -- not that I know of. I traded PC equipment for my RGH.

 

@BananaSwag -- thanks, I think that's what I'll do as I just found a vid saying the same thing.

 

 

 

 

I'm guessing that once I have XeX Menu installed I use my normally formatted flash drive to run Dashlaunch and reinstate FSD as my boot program? That's what I've read so far, and it looks pretty straight forward. In fact I think I might find a download of FSD that has skins up and ready to roll so I can just do a fresh install. It wasn't downloading game covers and screenshots after the last update anyway.

 

***EDIT***

 

If I move my GoD content from /HDD1/Games to /HDD1/Content/[correct paths here] will they show up in the stock dash, or will they show as corrupted? I've always just used the stock dash for settings and whatnot -- as in I barely use it at all
