Ok so i want to mod some custom vehicles but i couldnt find anything on it.

And is their a page that shows you how to inject stuff.

I've looked through that plenty of times couldn't seem to find anything about modding

Dude stop being lazy and look through it. That topic or w/e is all about modding for beginners.

Ok thanks bro guess i was being lazy. But do you know if you can take tags from the campaign and put them into forge world?

Yes you can, you only need to press one button to extract the tag. Edited by Dark Universe

So for example i could take a speah or space banshee and somehow make it derivable and in the forge list?

I was rushing so I forgot to do somethings
1 - In the vehicle tag under the "seats" block I forgot to change the 
"seat animation" to something else like "warthog_d"
 
2 - The pelican is gonna fall through the map on spawn: look at this http://www.xboxchaos.com/topic/4389-about-physics-models-info-forge-20-making-things-solid/  Also, I would use 8 not -1 for the pelican 
 
3 - in order to grab the object you are gonna have to add properties using mapexpand add 1 chunk and apply the offset it gave you and add one chunk to that block and fill the information out accordingly

Ok thanks but i got a question about the xbox 360 neighbourhood do u need wifi or can i just have an ethernet cable from my laptop to xbox 360?

You can use WiFi. For my setup, my RGH is plugged into the network through an Ethernet cable (Jasper, no built-in WiFi), and my desktop is connected to the network via WiFi.

Where and what is a resource cache folder?

Grab at least shared.map, mainmenu.map, and campaign.map from your disk and put them into a folder on your computer. Set the "resource cache folder" setting to point to that folder.
