Modding Selecting Water? In The Forge Menu?

Does anybody know if there is a way to select in the forge a waterfall or a small pond of some sort in halo 3?

I'm seriously not sure about this, but if it's possible, It will be awsome. And if someone can tell me how to do it,

Not possible. Waterfalls and ponds are part of the BSP.

Also please don't try to bribe people with likes because nobody cares about their like count much on this site.

You might be able to give a shield door a waterfall shader.
