Cause i seen a blue one like this before, but im just getting back into halo modding. And yes i have a jtag, i had a dev kit for a few months but i sold it since i never used it, + its probably bricked now lol.

Thanks everyone I actually used the shader of the Beam rifle. I used its luminous? (i cant remember by memory) Its the actual energy of the bullet when you look at the end of the gun. I use to use it all the time in halo 2. But then it wasn't so pink. it was more purple.
