Halo 4 .clip Help

3 posts in this topic

Hello, here not long ago to, I try to capture video of Halo 4 game, but I do not have any acquisition device so I tried something else

I did my part and I save as "film" and then I made a "clip" in order to have a file that could be converted (assumption) I extracted the xbox content and I found a file .clip, I opened the file in a hex editor and I find all the information on file (gt, date, name, XUID, creator ....)

Theater clips aren't video files. They're just sequences of instructions for the game engine to play back. You will need to use a capture card and record the game in Theater mode in order to create a video.
