Nope. I know you can get one out of the pit with a certain map though, but only the host will be able to drive, and no one can be in back.

ive only seen them on the pit. cause a warthog is loaded with a turret unless the scenario tells it to load as a special variant. which is how we get troop hogs on the pit. i havent gotten them to recreate yet
