K so this is rather idiotic but being the epic noob that i am, i was wondering if there is a way to put maps i downloaded from this website onto my computer ( e.g. http://www.mediafire.com/?jkmmzenmi1n ) and then transfer them somehow to my xbox and make them accessable from the halo 3 disc. Without Jtag, or .xex, etc. Simple transfer. Could a kind, generous soul (with a heck of a lot of too much time on their hands) school me in detail in the way (if there is one) to get this accomplished? thanks.

Ya, with Xport360, Xplorer 360, you can use those with Xport or Xsata. Or now a days, people use usbs. Just look in the tut section.

unfortunatly all the stuff i could find in teh tut section was for USB transfers for Jtaged Xs. any advice?

hey im a noob to but i was wondering wether you knew this file was a ".patchdat" file and i was wondering if this was possible?

.patchdat files only work when u inject it into the .map file then play on a jtag so no

thats not a map thats a patch that you can use with alteration to mod.

no, its adding map packs

if u wanna mod on a non jtag xbox ull need RTH (real time halo) and ull never get that its locked up tight in thunder and the other's admins closets
