Flaming Head isn't DLC. Only some dlc you can do this with

I think we may be able to do it with the flaming head. Because since we can use it offline, bungie wouldnt want people who got legendary without XBL to be left out on their 150$ freaking helmet. So cheers to hoping it isn't profile locked.

If i am not mistaken the flaming helmet DLC is already somewhere in the marketplace. I came across it somewhere when we were looking for the full reach game. If we could get it, It would fully work on a JTAG
