Hi,

recently i have wanted to mod midnightclubLA cars to go superspeed, big rims, flashing headlights and neons ect.

i was wondering if any1 on this site knew how to do it. i have a breif idea on the tools needed (hex editors) but i dont no what i am looking for on the gamesave.

i know that i dont need Jtag or DEV kit.

no, you cant mod them but u can edit the dimensions of the rim in the garage
