If you mean a convertor that converts halo3 con films and clips into mp4 or other video formats, you won´t find one.

It is impossible to convert them.

Im looking for a halo 3 film covertor wich is FREE so that I can convert my halo 3 films.

im pretty sure you can't you can use cap card or bungie pro

It's their game, they have the tools to reverse engineer it and all encryption keys.
