The Display name History is for if you ask the admin to change ur name.

Just ask an admin if you want it changed.

Yes, but only staff members have that option.

If you want to change your display name, simply PM an admin and we'll change your display name for you if it's appropriate.

theres alot of programs for halo 3, and reach and so forth so there would be alot of links if we did do that.

as well the shout box was made like that to encourage posting. thunder originally planned 50 posts.

and can you please edit posts instead of double posting, make it easier on me and other moderators so we dont have to merge all your posts

We'll be getting a Downloads system eventually. Right now you'll just have to go to the Modding Programs section.

It actually used to be that way, but unfortunately people saw the Shoutbox as an "instant help" feature even though it's only intended for socializing. They would come and ask a question only to find it left unanswered and then would just leave. It's really best that we keep it restricted to already established members.

And as DeadCanadian said, please just use the Edit button at the bottom of your post instead of double posting.
