it wasnt released, people leaked it out and nathan had abandoned all working on it cause of that. so im presuming the people that leaked it decided to give it out.

and with this nathan will probably never give any files out to anyone again. i hope they are happy with the leaked version.

EDIT:

got talking to nathan and he put it on xbins. so it is fully public although he has alot more thigns he is working on that are really cool. but idk how public they will get.
