[Description]

I'm sure many of you were a bit like me when they first got the key to breezehome and opened

the door and were like "Really? This is all I get for being the Thane of Whiterun?" I'm sure

many of you are like me and got a little attached to the first city that welcomed you into

the world of Skyrim

Well this mod is for all of you out there who have gotten attached to whiterun but aren't too

crazy about cheating to get a nicer breezehome. Part of the fun of the game is working your

way up right? This mod addresses that by adding a realistic basement expansion to breezehome

with a that starts out empty but can be fully upgraded to include all crafting implements

piece by piece through The Jarl's Steward Proventus.

Want to have a better house but don't want to cheat and get it for free like many of the other housing mods? Well then this mod is for you!
